I am a bit stumped here...

What is the difference between a PIN (personal identity number), and a password???

Thanks!

I am just calling it the way it is called in the phone.

I still use a long password for the like I did with all the BlackBerry device before, I hate the way the most selling tablet and phone (to not mention any name ) are doing it with just a few numbers, it is way too easy to get in

Using the Playbook and the Z10 and the Z30 and loving them

The new MR release allows what is called the Simple Password screen.

In essennce, it is a simpley numeric-only keypad design, allowing numers only to be entered. So, without  26 other alpha characters, the numbers only keypad is larger, and easier to quickly tap the numers in especially after waking up in the morning, lol.

This is enabled by choosing Settings > Security > Password > Simple Password = yes.
