Old BBZ10

I had a BB Z10 that was lost/stolen.   Bought a new one and when I connected it to my computer, I lost all information about my old one.

Just today, found out about BB protect and want to ty locating my old one but don't know how to add it to BB link on my desktop because the information is now lost.

Is it possible to add the info about my old one manually?  If so, how?

Thanks.

I don't know about adding the info manually, but have you tried to see if its on the protect.blackberry.com website under "manage devices"?  Maybe it's possible to locate it from there?

Re: Old BBZ10

If you found out about Protect "just today", that means that you probably didn't activate it on your phone and therefore you wouldn't be able to locate your old phone using Protect.
