The BB Z10 deleted all Outlook calendar appointments on the device and its computer that are more than a month old. Does anyone know why it did that, how to stop it from doing that, and how to get the aapointments back?

What is the full version of BlackBerry Device Software you are using?
Are your contacts setup to synchronize with your Outlook.com account account as outlined in the following article? http://blck.by/1591rPl
Are the contacts also missing from the Outlook.com account when you login to webmail?
Is your Outlook.com account synchronized with Microsoft Outlook on your computer?
