Blackberry Z10 purchased on 15th June 2013 started getting heated and its battery drained in 2hrs after full charging.
Service centre in NOIDA which do not have much care for customer concern attended it in 24 hrs and did not have courtesy of ringing and informing me. Also they consistently refrained from picking up the phone made to enquire the status of repair.
In the evening when I reached to service centre, they informed that the software has been updated and hopefully the heating/ battery draining problem will not come. The root cause they do not know.
I learnt that many customers like me have been fooled by nexus of Blackberry dealers and service centre and there is no solution for the people purchasing the high end Z10 or Q10 phones from Blackberry stable.
I want an authentic solution to the problem as my Blackberry Z10 is still getting heated up and its battery draining.
Is anybody from Blackberry listening to satisfy customer like me for your failed product....

supadhyay14, please understand that this is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration.
That said, tell me on your Z10, what is the OS version listed at Settings > About > OS Version?
