Password resetting

Hi for some reason my work email password keeps coming up "account invalid" every 15 minutes. After re-entering my password I will continue to send or receive email just fine. Then at random, up to 15 minutes it will become invalid again...Any help here?

What type of account is this? Are you on BES10 with Blackberry Balance running (seperate personal and work spaces?)
