Payment for apps

I'm trying to change my credit card info on my z10 but have  a message that comes up "Unable to complete update, please try again later. Unable to connect to payment service"

 

Seems like an update has not been completed and may be siurce of my issue.

 

If anyone can help i would appreciate it. thx

I am having same issue since upgrade to latest version of OS.

Did you manage to get it fixed?

Not yet. I will call my carrier later today and see if they can figure out. I'll report back then.

Mine working now after I went through motion to buy an app. When it was time to pay it displayed credit card info, I just went in and changed card. Now the original download language has disappeared. Hope that makes sense to all. Good luck.
