When I scroll down, my work & personal doesn't show up, can somebody please help me to get this working.

If you are refering to blackberry balance, your work place must have a bes 10 server.

Oh,  so I can't use the service at all if I don't have a bes 10 server?   How do I do that at my workplace do you know?

No you cannot use that feature without bes10. I dont know anything beyond that. Your IT people at work would know way more than me.
