I was setting up a new email account for my work on my ph. , so after putting in all my email info .to set up the account it asked for device password ....the problem is I have never set a password because its a new ph. How do I get in my device???

What type of email account did you add to your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? Are you using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server? Are you being prompted to enter the password to access your Home screen or when trying to access your work email?
