Re: Picture albums

Hi Robert8,

Welcome to the support community!

You can move pictures into different folders by using the File Manager application. Open File Manager, select the picture from the appropriate picture folder, open the side Menu and select Move. Then browse to the folder you wish to move it to or create a new folder for it. This blog post has more information on this. http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2013/06/blackberry-10-organizing-photos-into-folders/

Let me know if that answered your question.

Re: Picture albums

Thanks for your reply. I have done that no problem but if you delete a picture in the main picture foder that would also delete that picture in the file manager folder. Altough the pictures are better orgnized in the file manager folder that also could mean , I am not sure, that we have the same picture twice wasting using a lot of memory!

Thanks for your support,

Regards,

Robert

Re: Picture albums

Hey Robert8,

The pictures moved into folders will also display in the main picture application.
Deleting a picture from the main picture folder is removing it from the folder you moved it to because there is only one copy of the picture displaying in both locations instead of two copies taking up extra memory in storage.

Hope this helps.
