I bought my unlocked BB Z10 online (Kijiji) 4 months ago when I was going back to home (Iran) for a visit. I tried it with local SIM cards there but didn't work. After I came back to Canada, I realized it has been blocked.
The only window I have access is a pop-up message "Pin Code Blocked".
I contacted BB and I was told as I haven't bought originally from them they can' provide any services.
Any help to un-block it is highly appreciated.

You'll have to go through a cellular carrier. Once you have service with a carrier, they'll be able to help you out. If not, they can escalate your issue to BlackBerry who will then be able to help you.
