***Please need Help *** or Information

I buy a blackberry z10 desblokeado, connect it and everything works, but the bbm, internet and blackberry features do not work .. what should I do? is with simple mobile company..

 

e comprado un lindo blackberry z10 desblokeado y lo conecte con la compania simple mobile que tambien vende este lindo blackberry,pero el internet ,bbm y demas no funcionas,ni siquiera las notificacion..que debe de hacer..?

coacrbianchi, you must have a data plan from your mobile provider on your account.

yes a plan for 60 ,is a plan for blackberry..so a need e-mail,notification,ect ect... is very import for me all funtion of the blackberry...I said bye bye apple and take this blackberry..realy need help.thanks.

make certain that is NOT a BIS BlackBerry data plan, but you need a generic data plan.

my plan is 60 - unlimited talk,international sms & 4G ,data-blackberry capable + international calls. this is my sim card ,**removed**..simple mobile... ..cell number..**removed**...I need to know what I have to do...

Call your mobile provider and make certain that is NOT a BIS BlackBerry data plan, but you need a generic data plan.

thanks for you help,I gonna call to Simple Mobile ,but this plan have generic plan.... is a plan for $ 50 + 10 international call..

 

let me ask tu customer services.... need than ths fhone work full..is there any way to know if the IMEI cell number have same problem ?

I call the company and not solve anything, say they can not do anything, so I must return the blackberry z10.

unfortunately the z10 blackberry without internet does not work.I will back to iphone....
