Problem connecting to ActiveSync account



I'm attempting to connect my Z10 (BB10 version, model STL100-2) to an active sync account from Rackspace.


I keep getting the error message "Your login information for account (xxx@xxx.org.uk) has changed or is incorrect.  Update your login information and try again"



I have followed their setup procedure and can connect through email app on W8.1 and via webmail. I have talked to Rackspace support team and they tell me my account has been correctly set up. The support guy was even able to connect their Z10 to my account, so it must be a problem with my phone.


Can anyone tell me what this error message might mean?
