Problem with Speaker

Hi everyone, I just got my Z10 and the speaker doesn´t seem to work. It does not ring, play music nor play sounds of videos.
I´ve checked the settings and it´s not mute or anything. If I use the headphones it plays normally. I have also updated the OS to the latest version.
I´m really thinking the speaker can be broken, but before I´d thought to ask here if anyone has had this problem and if so, how to get it fixed...

Problem seems with your hardware means may be your speaker connections got broken.

This is the hardware issue, you need to go to your nearest Blackberry Service Centre and let them to fix.

did u drop the phone beore the problem arised??may be the solder in the speaker is cut...just go to the service center and fix it...
