Problems updating

I bought a carrier-free, unlocked Z10 in Fnac, in Portugal, and now I use it with SFR in France, however when I went to ask them about the new 10.2.1 update, they did not answer me at all as they did not know how it would work with an unlocked phone. They told me to contact BlackBerry in order to get an answer due to my phone not being sold by them.

 

When/How can I get the 10.2.1 update? Will it be sent by BlackBerry or SFR?

If Settings - Software Updates - Check for Updates - Reports that you have the latest software then your carrier has not released it.

SFR says that they have released the 10.2.1 update. They say that I should contact BlackBerry about the update, which I did and never got a reply, so I guess I will call SFR's support help line about it, thank you!

What is your Operating System loaded to your device?  From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?
