Rapid Battery Discharge

 I installed LinkedIn and Facebook on my new Z10 and had not even activated the phone function yet. I notived that the battery would last only a few hours. So I did a complete reset  to factory settings and have not put either application on yet. I downloaded contacts via gmail contacts (three accts since I have loads of contacts).  The battery appears to draw down even faster now wiith no other apps.


Do I have a bad phone? I dread calling Verizon support since they will try to blame me, no matter what the facts.

Make sure you have the latest OS installed (Settings/Software/check for updates).
