I am facing this problem since last night and i don't know what I can do with my phone if no BBM no whatsapp yet no applications...useless phone.

Having the same problem with mine, becoming quite annoying. cant access my bbm messages anymore. they show only on the hub and i cant open it or reply......

Try restarting the device (hold the power button and hit restart at the bottom left corner). If it doesn't work, try doing a battery pull.
You can also try switching airplane mode on and off. It seamed to work with some people.
Mine wasn't working when there was no sim card inside my Z10. But once I put my sim card inside and switched the device it still didn't work until I did a restart.

Those server issues should be rectified by now, BlackBerry has said.

 

Do as suggested above (powered on, battery pull) and if they do persist, contact your mobile provider to have them escalate this issue to BlackBerry technical support,.
