I bought an opening day Z10 at ATT and returned it 6 days later.
I recieved a survey today and it was written to specifically to sort out where they blew it.
Lots of repetiotion, written in the negative, as to just how bad eMail, Contacts and HUB are.
A whole series of questions about swiping up and the other main gestures, written like you had a choice to use them. Not sure what they were looking for there.
Anyway it's the first positive sign they know they blew it with the core customers. Maybe there is hope.
If they just put back the BIS mail client I will suffer the rest.
