I used to use this app all the time on a variety of blackberries I had. I swear by it as I do a lot of business travel.
It worked fine on my Z10, transferred all my trips etc from my Torch etc seamlessly. Was using blackberry travel on the Z10 for about a month with no issues.
However, I accidentally clicked "close my account" option in settings, (admittedly stupid after twittling my thumbs in an airport and clicking on settings)
Now I can't reinstate it, and auto trip scanning will (never?) work.
Can someone tell me how I can reinstate my blackberry travel account? Each time I try to enable auto trip scanning, it just says no email account is setup.

Are you able to sign in to the BlackBerry Travel site at this link: https://travel.blackberry.com/trips/login.html
If not then you will need to sign up again on the same page.
Let us know how it goes.

I signed into the blackberry travel app website as per your advice (and I did this before).
My email shows up under the "my profile" page, and is it is designated as primary. Yet I still cannot get auto trip scanning going.
