Rick I did the same tests in my environment and got the same results with reply, reply all, forward, etc.
I came from a Samsung Galaxy S2 using activesync and the flags worked correctly.

As I am not using ActiveSync yet I am not sure if this functionality should be there or not. Maybe it would be a good idea to call your carrier for support on this, and if they can't help make sure that they escalate you to Blackberry techincal support.

I'm having the same issue. And RIM technical support seems to be ignoring me. Usually they have been pretty good, but ever since i called about the Z10 issues we were experiencing no one is returning my calls or emails. I've tried doing this using both active sync and through BES10. Reply/Forward flag does not show up.

Seeing the same thing here using ActiveSync. If I use BES5 Bold 9930 and reply to an email, it shows the Reply Flag in Outlook. If I use a Z10 and reply, BB10 is not using SmartReply or SmartForward... it is using Sendmail. From what I'm told, the email server doesn't know that the original email has been replied to.
This looks to be a major bug in addition to the 30 day limit of email on the device.

I have the same Problems,
using BES10 -> Reply / Forward Flag is not set
using ActiveSync -> same Problem
With other devices (iPhone, Android...) it works correctly
I hope that Blackberry will give an update, we have stopped any invest on new BB Devices now because of this bug (our management will have this function working)

There is a maintenance release (MR1) out for the BES10 server, don't know if anyone has this installed yet.
However, I've checked the documentation for it and it doesn't list this issue as one of the bugfixes.
