Restoring Word Substitutions from 9900 to Z10

Hello!

I have a backup of a Blackberry 9900. Problem is I tried to do the device switch on Blackberry Link but it would not restore word substitutions. I also tried using the restore which also did not work.

Do you have any ideas in restoring word substitutions?

I don't know yet, but I am exploring options... I will update if I find anything.

I have about 300+ to restore.

Doing the switch using the media card didn't transfer them for me either.

Word subsititutions currently will not migrate during a device switch.  This functionality will be coming.

This KB goes over what isn't expected to migrate from your BBOS device to BB10.

Re: Restoring Word Substitutions from 9900 to Z10

I called a support center for BB and they said that this is not possible yet.  When switching from another BB OS system to Z10, VOICE NOTES, MEMO PAD and WORD SUBSTITUTION will not sinchronize.  Therefore you have to doit manualy.   Anyhow....have you been able to transfer these 3 to Z10 ?  I have a 9800 and couldnt.
