Rogers Bloatware won't allow me to permanently uninstall Apps

Since the latest OS update, every time I uninstall certain Apps - Foursquare, Rogers One Account, Rogers Anyplace Live, Rogers 1 Number etc.  The Apps delete fine but a few hours later, I'll receive a notification that there is a new device update available which will then download the apps again.  Is there a way to stop this?  I don't want to miss out on important updates but can't stand this Rogers **bleep**.

Create a folder and dump them. The same goes for handsets that aren't locked to a network.

It's not just Rogers, and even in the past version, if you delete them, they get pushed back in a small OS upgrade notification. Do as recommended above and as I've done with the ATT pushed apps. I create a folder named ATT/Junk and put the apps there and ignore it. Slide that folder over to your last app panel.
