Self start

Hello:

 

I am unable to open your email.  Please note my Blackberry Z10 continues to boot without being prompted.  I am past my 30 days from purchase.  What are my options?  Could Blackberry send me diagnostic tools please?  Or, could I download these tools -  if yes where from?
