Shocking signal

My signal is shocking on my Z10. I either get g or 3G and ever now and then I get H+ And its not due to bad signal as I have another blackberry on same network and always has 3G Wouldn't expect H+ on it as older but full 3G signal all time. It's a total joke any ideas

Re: Shocking signal

Hello Sparkygme

Sorry to hear about your issue.

It is possible that the signal is changing because the device is trying to connect to a H+ connection. If the H+ connection is weak then you may be going back and forth between different signal bands. I would suggest you change the Network Mode setting in your mobile network options to see if that helps with your issue.

Re: Shocking signal

The problem now is as I type this my ols 9360 is sitting on 3G with full signal and yet my Z10 has 3 bars on G. Now that's just not right. It's not even picking up 3G now. Both phones can sit and not move so its not the network. It's just mad and strange Any help, would be most greatfull
