Software update not found


I keep reading about the new software update, but from some reasons, after pressing the"check for updates" button, it comes back with the answer "you have the latest software".

My version is

I understand there is an update

how come my device can't find it?

It could be that these updates are distributed in chuncks. That way the servers form which the update has to be downloaded are not being overpopulated with requests.

The best thing is just to be a little patient. Normally your phone should notifiy you when an updates becomes available. This could be today, but it could eventually also take a couple of days

I don't think there is a way to force your phone in updating

A like is always appreciated,

Depends on which exact Z10 you have, there are more than one. It will come in time for your device. I have one that does not update, but other people in my office have had an update. When you look at the speaker at the bottom of the phone, is it divided into 3? That is what my one is like, other phones that get the update do not have these dividers.
