Software update

Every time I open Blackberry Link, it tells me there is a software update.  When I try to install it, it gets to about 98% and then says the device is disconnected.   So I tried to update the software directly from the Z10.  Tells me there is an update available, but says it can't connect to the server.  I like the smart phone but I'm getting very frustrated.

hi i have a bb z10 but when i do a software update it tells me that i am running version is that the latest update or is there one later than that?
