Something is wrong

Okay, so i need some help regarding my blackberry Z10. i had recently did a device swipe on my phone and it has taken nearly 5 days. now that it is over, (so i think) it turned off and when it turns on all it has on the screen is a "connect to computer" insignia. Well, ive connected it to the computer, tried to download bbm, thinking it would help, but so far nothing. My phone still wont turn on and be enabled to be used. so i guess the question is, what do i do?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Based on what you describe, indeed something must have gone seriously wrong somehow, and it now cannot succeed via the more "gentle" recovery and reload methods. I recommend you use an AutoLoader now to force the OS to cleanly reload...refer:

AutoLoaders are very forceful OS installers, and can normally succeed when other methods fail. Hopefully you already have a recent backup, because you will not be able to now. Also, I recommend you be installing the most recent version...3175...it is, IMHO, the best yet.
