Stopped at Agreement

Hi there, after I purchased my Blackberry Z10 I put the phone on charge for 8 hours, then I put my simcard in and started up the phone. After choosing the language witch is South Africa English I swipe to the left. Its starts searching for a wifi connection so my network witch is MTN shows on the screen, so I swipe to the  left again and the AGREEMENT shows and then it stopped. I left it for 2hours and still nothing happend, so I took out the battery and put it back en restarted the phone, still the same........is it a software problem and what must I do?

From what I understand the phone did not respond to you tapping on the Agree?


On the phones that I have set up, they usually took about 10 to 30 seconds after the Agree was selected. I had a few that took about two minutes because the network was busy.


I would suggest to call the mobile service provider to confirm the SIM card has been properly activated for the Blackberry phone.
