Strange problem............. please help....

Recently i bought BBZ10. I created RIM account. I even made some purchases using my account. Now, when i am able to log in using web browser with same BB ID, it says "either username or password is wrong" when i try to reset the password it says "this is an invalid ID"..... For checking this out, i try to register on web using the same email address that i have registered and working on my BBZ10. To my surprise it got registered.
Now i have same email id working with different passwords on BBZ10 and on my pc web browser. How this is possible?

Is the BlackBerry ID on the BlackBerry Z10 spelled exactly as the one you created on the website?  Also do you get any specific errors when using the BlackBerry ID on the BlackBerry Z10?

 

Like try accessing BlackBerry World from a computer, by going to www.blackberry.com/appworld
