BlackBerry Z10, WIndows 8. I just installed a Windows update. Since then, I cannot sync. I upgraded BB Link software to v184.108.40.206 and no help. The error message is:
Configuration Value for /Preferences/Account_2_131074/SyncAccountld_2 not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. MHS

I had the same problem, after an automatic MS update of MS Office 2007 (including Outlook).
I uninstalled that one update (via Control Panel/ Windows Update), then in BB Link, Reset Settings..., then re-made the synch associations. Re-run the synch and it's working again.
Like we have nothing better to do all day...

Yeah, thanks Rod. That's my fallback option if nothing else comes up. Agreed -- I need this like I need a hole in the head. I'm my own IT department. Anyway, good advice, thanks.
