Sync with Outlook

Good morning,
I can not synchronize Outlook contacts and calendar with my device Z10.


All software and the firmware are to the latest release.


Outlook is configured with a pop3 account and an Exchange account.

The calendar and contacts are in to Exchange.


Blackberry Links displays a message that says there is no data to be synchronized in Outlook.


What should I do?

You need to have OS 10.1 on your device and Link on your computer. What version of Outlook are you using?
