Sync with outlook

I am trying to sync my new Z10 with Outlook.  I've installed BB Link on my computer and sync's my contacts but not my calendar. 


Additionally, I can't get my Microsoft Exchange email to link to my phone.  All the settings have been correctly inputted (is that a word?) but all I get is an error message: "Your login information for account (xxx.xxx#xxx.org) has changed or is incorrect.Update your login information and try again."


Any advice is appreciated.

i think if you go into outlook, tools, accounts and hit repair, i think i was missing some sort of a certificate
