Please fix this. I purchased a TTY machine (Q90D) for a deaf friend to use and it will not function properly on the Z10. I called the TTY company which makes this product and they concluded I was doing everything right, but that the BlackBerry Z10 (turns out) is the culprit here as it is not completely compatible with the Q90D although the machine is cellular compatible. I say not completely because one time during the test I wrote hello and they were able to read that at the other end, but at no time did I receive any written information/message/text from them. I'm hoping that someone from BlackBerry support will read this and look into this matter for me. At the moment I'm very disappointed as my friend is not able to communicate with his parents who are old and do not have a computer, nor a cell phone. Thank you in advance for your support.
