Twitter Application uninstall / Install

Hi there.

I deleted the application the other day thnking there was problems with it when it was just twitter playing up not the app itself.

I deleted it from the icon by pressing it and pressing the bin icon next to the app.

I then went to install again but still says it is installed.

I have tried to delete it from the app world but it doesn't go from choosing uninstall or delete it just stays there.

Any idea on how I can fix this problem

Thank you very much

Re: Twitter Application uninstall / Install

Hi paultommo86 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

Go into Settings>Software Updates then press Check for Updates. As Twitter is part of the software package, an update should be available, which should reinstall Twitter on your device.

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks.

I agree with Captain Sweatpants,   do a battery pull, system update check and see what happens.

Re: Twitter Application uninstall / Install

I have found this thread after searching on how to get twitter back. Following your instructions does put the icon back and makes a little download of 2mb to do so. but when i try and open the application it just shakes the icons to the left and then doesnt load. is ther a way i need to clear the app off first?
