I have two issues with my Blackberry Z10.
1. The volume when I am on the phone is so low I can't hear the person on the other end. I have the volumn set to high, have adjust bass boast. I ended up buying a bluetooth earpiece, but it hurts the inside of my ear. Are there any known issues with the sound and if so are there any fixes?
2. Are there any known issues with the usb connector for the charger. I am using the charger provided with the phone and all of a sudden yesterday it doesn't want to stay in the connection on the phone itself.
Please advise what the warrenty is on the Blackberry Z10. Thank you so much.

The warranty is one year, and is serviced by your seller which I assume is Bell.
The USB port problem sounds like it could be a hardware issue, if any of the PINs within are bent.
If you've turned the volume up on your phone audio, that's the solution. I don't know of another solution. Try turning off the Audio boost.
