Uconnect voice activation

just got my z10 and though it paired with my vehicle when i give it a voice command on who to call there is just silence on the other end.  is there a way to fix this?

Sorry to here you are having issues with the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone voice command functions.


Can you please confirm after waiting does the voice command application reply with an error message?


Do you get contacted with the contact you are trying to call? But however the voice command application doesn't confirm the command given?


What is the version of BlackBerry 10 software running on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? Settings>About>OS?OS Version.


Does the voice command function work in other locations other then your vehicle?


Can you please test the issue once again and note the wireless coverage in your area?
