Unable to Configure/Access Outlook Webmail Exchange Account.



I just got my Z10, altought loving it, am getting a little irritated.


On my previous, BB Torch 9860, while setting up an email account, I would simply enter my email address and password and the device would automatically detect it to be a webmail account and configure itself with the setting of a webmail/exchange account.


I cannot do the same on my new Z10, can anyone please guide me how to do this.


Using the 'Switch Device' option doesn't help, emails don't get switched.

Does your Exchange setup allow ActiveSync or POP/IMAP access? 


Outlook Web Access is not supported on the new Blackberry 10 devices.
