I recently purchased a Z10 and I am not able to enter my APN number (the area is greyed). My provider in Sweden (Telia) told me to contact Blackberry, but there is no telephone number to call. Any suggestions on how to contact Blackberry for support?

Thanks for pointing out the discussion of APN issues. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much help there, or at least I didn't see that anyone had solved the problem. BBs are very uncommon in Sweden, so I don't expect to get much help from the supplier or my phone company. I'll keep looking at the forum for a solution, and hope that BB also updates the software (if the problem is in the OS). Thanks again.
