Unable to get iClound BBZ10 Calendar Sync

I must have tried umpteen number of times, but have been unable to get my BB Z10 calendar to sync with my iCould calendar. What coule be wrong?

 

I have followed teh instructions given in the BB website itself. which are pretty simple.

I got it working: in accounts I chose "advanced", then "CalDav"

 

ID: my@email.adr

email: my@email.adr

server: caldav.icloud.com

 

My email-adress is not an icloud adress.

 

For contacts use CardDav and the server contacts.icloud.com

Its frustrating.

 

I have done exactly the same thing. Over 10 times.

Then gone to calendar and refreshed etc.

 

Nothing happens. Doesnt even give me an error.

 

Just to provoke an error, I fed a wrong caldav address, and sure enough, I got the error.

When I fed the corect details, nothing happens. It verifies and then nothing happens. Its been 20 hours since I have fed the details, deleted, re-fed, etc.

 

I can see my calendar online at icloud.com

 

I am so frustrated.

same problem after I've installed new 10.1.0.273 on my q10 and z10... many other people in the same situation... no solution found... frustrated... me too...
