Bought an Unlocked Z10 in Canada. I live in Argentina.
1. BB does not connect to BB link, it does recognize the device but it does not connect to it.
2. Cannot download Whatsapp, "app not available for this device"
3. Cannot update the device either
PLEASE I NEED HELP RESOLVING THIS PROBLEMS. BLACKBERRY SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS ACTION TO SOLVE PROBLEMS LIKE THIS UNLESS THEY WANT TO CRASH THE COMPANY AGAIN. THORSTEN DO SOMETHING GOOD AND STOP TALKING ABOUT OTHER PHONES!!!

When can we upgrade to the latest OS version ¿?
I tried with sim, without sim, in windows, in mac, in blackberry.com/updates all... and the result always the same .... you have the latest version ....
