Hello, I have a Z10 without a sim which is still on 10.0.9.348 and I would like to update to 10.1, however the Settings apps says I have the latest OS version. Should I wait until BB pushes 10.1 to simless phones, or can I do something actively? I don't feel much like sideloading a leaked OS...

you can get a SIM for carrier that is supporting the OS you want.
I put in a SIM from AT&T into my spare Z10 to get its update.
Some SIMs are availble on ebay you could buy
