I am new to Blackberry and very excited about my new phone
I am trying to update my Z10 to latest OS 10.2.1. The phone is able to detect the latest version but says that it is 759 MB and too large to be downloaded over the mobile network and asks me to either connect to WiFi or cancel the download. I have a 3GB 3G data plan, so this size should not be an issue.
Is there any way I can download the latest update via the mobile network itself? Why does it ask for WiFi only without giving any other option? I am not able to download it via Link as it gets stuck at 7% for some reason!
Please help! Thanks!

Welcome to http://supportforums.blackberry.com/
It is recommended to make a backup before upgrading BlackBerry Link.
Furthermore it is recommended to upgrade to the connected wifi network.
You must have the blackberry loading...

I have updated my BB pone via wifi at my office. The 10.2.1 OS is amazingly fluid and modern (hd been an android user before this).
I now get options to either choose wifi for large data downloads or mobile network. I guess, I just needed the OS update for this option to show.
