Visual Voice Mail

I keep getting popups stating that I have VVM that cannot be displayed and to call my VM. There are none listed in the VVM on the Z10 and when I call VM, no messages.

 

Any ideas?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

If the Visual Voice Mail is listed in the BlackBerry Hub, try removing the battery and placing it back in and then check to see if you still have that notification.

first thing I tried. they keep coming back. Not a lot - about once every few days I'll get one. But it is annoying. Other than that I love the Z10 - now to get a patternlock app!!!

Thanks for the reply vgbaron,

 

Are you only receiving visual voice mail notifications or is this happening to emails, SMS messages as well?  If it is just visual voice mail, I would suggest contacting your network service provider as they control that application.

everything else is fine - just VVM. I'll check with ATT
