I can't access my work mail,with my new Z10 but with the old BB it is easy and simple,,my IT check all setting and everything is OK but I still receive message that my server is off line

Also an issue with me at work: Novell Groupwise on IMAP server. iPhone folks have a $10 workaround -- yes work charges them (!) -- and I am on day 3 of waiting for IT to respond re BB10. We have at least one staff with a functioning BB10, and I believe that it has something to do with a Datasync Server, which I read was BB-Novell BES solution. I am BYOD and not on BES, so it will be interesting to see what solution is offered.
