Re: Waiting for the update

What I did:

- Removed the SIM (Wifi disabled too)

- Disabled the geolocation

- Unstalled Link and BlackBerry Desktop Software

- Plugged the Z10

- Used "Update on the web"

- Validated the "PIN Code" once plugged to the PC

- Entered my device passcode to unlock it

- Waited the update checking

==> No update available for your device

I tried with Blackberry Link once reinstalled (No SIM card, geolocation disabled, Wifi disabled...) :

- Clicked on ""Reload Device Software""

- Looking for Blackberry update Device Software

- Do you want to update the Blackberry XXXX

- "Yes" ==> Your version is up-to-date, Do you want to install the update 10.0.9.348

Here, in red, does it ask or give you a choice to upgrade or install 10.0.9.348?

Re: Waiting for the update

I can do the update or later.

I said "yes" a first time, the update has been done, the 10.0.9.348 has been deployed and all the parameters were gone. Once done, I retried the differents process... same result
