Waiting for the update

Hello,

 

I have a Z10 since 2 weeks and my OS version is 10.0.9.348 and when I try via OTA, Lync... (with the SIM card/without, geolocation on/off...) to obtain the last version it seems it is not available. I have an orange flag with an exclamation point telling me "You have the last version of the OS".

 

And my provider launched a vnew OS version last monday and still nothing...

 

Do you have any ideas?

At your SETTINGS > ABOUT, what is full exact model number of your device?

And, you have an Orange SIM card inserted?

My device model is Z10 - STL100-2

Software version : 10.0.9.348

 

The SIM card is inserted (I try all the manipulations with the SIM, without..)

Try the process outlined here in the first two bullet points:

How to Reload your Blackberry10 OS

 

and then the subsequent process if the first does not upgrade for you.

I followed the "How To" step by step and I am only able to download the 10.0.9.348 version of the OS...
