Here's a sample of what my emails look like? Notice the occasional '=' sprinkled throughout? Subject: Re: latest video in dropbox.......... <=v style="width: 100%; font-size: initial; font-family: Calibri, 'Slate =o', sans-serif; color: rgb(31, 73, 125); text-align: initial; background-=lor: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Hmm. I don't know about that. is the video of Nonie and the kids on the floor, or =uld you make it out? Xo C = = Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone. = = =

Hey, Boonzer, got your email, it looks clean and fine on my Z10, my PC (via the Gmail webmail viewer) and on my Mac as well. I don't know what your friends are seeing.

 

Can you open your Gmail Settings on your PC... click on the settings icon (looks like a gear) and scroll all the way down to the bottom... where it says Outgoing message encoding. Mine is set as you see below. How is yours set?

So, often how HTML is translated varies from different devices.

 

Are your users viewing your emails in Outlook?

 

You said earlier in all formats on iOS, and others? Are ALL of your users seeing it this way, or how can you narrow down which are and which are not.

 

I'm not brushing you off, but I don't see the problem, so it's hard to comment. If I could see a screen shot of the screwed up emails, it would be a start.

Hi everybody. I'm still having troubles with mystery characters showing up in my email.
I have called Rogers...even sent an email and they confirmed odd inclusions in my email. they suggested I contact their, pay per use call center to speak with Z10 pro team?!
I'll try to post a screen shot. I have had the service reset twice, I have removed and reentered my emails. Still the problem remains.

You should ask Rogers to escalate this issue to BlackBerry tier two tech support.

As stubborn as Rogers can be, you will likely need to demand it.
