When connecting to Blackberry World on my computer

I login and try to get an app and connect my Z10, all I get is:

 

Please connect your device.

 

What's up with that, it won't recognize my Z10??

Hello,

First question -- have you already installed the BB Link software to this computer? Such is required in order to install to your computer the necessary device drivers to enable communication between your computer and your Z10.

Second question -- have you tried the on-device interface to BBWorld?
