Every time that I tried to make a back of the Z10 I get an error that the back up could not be done
BTW I have the phone since the launch day in Canada, and I never was able to make a backup yet, and both Link and the phone are at the latest version (10.0.10.672) (188.8.131.52)
Also every time that I connect the Z10 to the Link program, I must restart the phone, otherwise it is extremely slow, but after a restart the phone is very fast

It would help if you told us your computers OS and whether it is a laptop or desktop.

I use a desktop, and it has Windows 7 (all updates installed)

Do you have a printer or Web Cam attached to it if so you might have to disconnect them as they could be causing a conflict when you try to backup. Try that and try again.
If the stupid Liunk program is not working because there is a printer attached to the computer then Link is not worth having in the computer, I am not about to crawl behind the computer every day because there is a printer attached to the computer to make Link work, the printer should make any difference
