I found that in the US website states the same info, BUT, what they are mentioning is not that that is the model they sell, but the model they have based their battery duration test.
Does anyone know how can i contact blackberry for this?

I see. Ok thanks a lot for your help with this.
I really want to buy the Z10, altough since is a little bit than more than a year old phone, i was wondering if Blackberry is going to have a new model out soon? But with the same size and screen... The Z30 is way too big for my taste. Even the Z10 is a tad big, but i like it.

I read elsewhere that the phones are different based on regions of use. I had the Torch, but recently got the Z10. Nothing is sweeter. I overcame the initial issues by coming here and reading and practising what others wrote. Now, I am more than happy with my Z10. I learned just yesterday, that the battery in iPhones cannot be removed. The internal memory is fixed. Cannot be upgraded. So, I'm like, what's the hype about? How is it better than good old BB?
By the way, shopblackberry.com is still giving $100 off purchase of the Z10, Q10 or possible the Z30. Code is BLACKBERRY1. Good luck.

Yes, i just found out today about the BB coupon code and is correct, i can get the Z10 for $200. That is great, but i hope i do get the STL-100-3, if not it will be useless for me...
My first and best option is the STL-100-2 model because is the only one that has the 2600 band for 4G, which is the band my carrier has on my country....
