White spot on White screen

Anybody else having this problem?

When I log onto an app such as Facebook, or Globe News where there is a white back screen, I have a white mark. It almost looks like a fingerprint smudge, but it isn't. It is a problem with the screen or the backlighting pixels.

Sent BB a DM on Twitter. Awaiting a reply.  Just wondering if anybody has come across this as well....

Mine usually in its holster. The white spot is still there. Not getting worse, but definitely not getting better.

Re: White spot on White screen

I care for my Passport like a newborn baby. I have the white dot also and its very frustrating. I live in Asia and paid a premium for this phone. Taking it to a BlackBerry service center probably will mean months without my phone whyle they fiddle around with it. Has anyone found out what this white dot is?
